Terms and Conditions

• Rental fees are $250 per space for the entire event

• The Peony Festival Board will not grant exclusive rights to certain items sold, however vendors selling the same type of items will be limited at the discretion of the committee. Priority will be given to the earliest paid registration.

• Event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued unless extenuating circumstances are determined by the Peony Festival Executive Committee.

• Spaces will be assigned by the committee based on a number of factors including, but not limited to: access to water and power, public safety, and traffic flow

• Due to layout and public safety concerns, vendors are required to stay for the ENTIRE event. Vendors will not be allowed to set up or tear down outside the predetermined times.

• Vendors are expected to be open for business throughout the entire event. Reasonable exceptions will be made at the discretion of the committee.

• Vendors are responsible for their own taxes, certificates, insurance, and licenses. Vendor must provide the committee with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) no more than 30 days, and no less than 7 days before the event, listing the Van Wert Peony Festival Inc as Additional Insured.
