2026 Vendor Fair Registration

       The Vendor Fair will be located near the North end of Fountain Park! We encourage vendors of all kinds! Craft, packed baked goods, non-profit, commercial, and information vendors are all encouraged to participate. Vendors can elect to participate for a single day, on either Friday or Saturday, or to participate for the duration of the festival!

Booth Rental
  • Spaces are 10'x10'. Displays and items must not encroach on walkways or other vendor spaces. 

  • Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, and all other materials required for display.

  • Tent stakes are prohibited; however, the festival will be providing cinderblocks to mark spaces and provide an anchor for tents.  If needing blocks provided, please select the option on your registration form. 

  • Food and beverage goods are limited to packaged homemade or locally-produced goods. Unpackaged goods and chilled beverages are prohibited to avoid conflict of interest with Food Truck Vendors (free samples are permitted). Festival staff will notify vendors if any items violate this policy. Failure to remove prohibited goods will result in removal from the festival without refund.

  • Same type merchandise booths may be limited at the committee’s discretion.

  • Vendor booths are expected to be open for the duration of the event (with reasonable exceptions)

  • Booth sharing is not permitted

Fees
  • Rental fees are $65/per space for the entire event.

  • Booths requiring electricity will incur a $10 fee for facility power - Generators are prohibited.

  • All fees must be prepaid – payment will not be accepted at the Festival.

  • No refunds. This is an outdoor event – rain or shine.

Schedule

Friday, June 5th

                    7:30-10am    Check in at the Gazebo in Fountain Park

                    7:30-11am    Vendor load in and set up

                    11am-8pm    Open for business

                    8pm-10pm    Teardown for 1-day vendors (access limited due to car show)

Saturday, June 6th

                 7:30-9:30am    Main St open to vehicles for restocking & 1-day vendors

                    10am-8pm    Open for business

                         8-11pm    Tear down & clean up

Set Up/Tear Down
  • Vehicles will be allowed on Main St between Shannon & Jefferson for set up and restocking before the event opens, however all vehicles must be removed by 10:30am Friday, and 9:30am Saturday. Please be respectful of other vendors by unloading and removing your vehicle promptly.

  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their assigned space at the conclusion of the event.

  • Early tear down is discouraged. Vehicles will NOT be allowed inside the barricades during Festival operating hours.

  • Vendors must vacate and clean up their space by 11pm Saturday night.
