Terms and Conditions
Rental fees are $175 per space for the entire event
Vendors requiring addition space for a storage trailer/cooler will be assessed an additional $100 fee
Vendors selling the same type of items will be limited at the discretion of the committee. Priority will be given to the earliest paid registration.
Event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued unless extenuating circumstances are determined by the entire Peony Festival Committee Board.
Spaces will be assigned by the committee based on a number of factors including, but not limited to: access to water and electricity, public safety, and traffic flow
Due to layout and public safety concerns, vendors are required to stay for the ENTIRE event. Vendors will not be allowed to set up or tear down outside the predetermined times.
Vendors are expected to be open for business throughout the entire event. Reasonable exceptions will be made at the discretion of the committee.
Thursday, June 1st, starting @ 5pm - Load in and set up.
Friday, June 2nd, 11am-10pm - Open for business
Saturday, June 3rd, 11am-10pm - Open for business
Sunday, June 4th by 10am - Area must be vacated and cleaned for the street to reopen

Please adorn your truck, trailer, or tent with peony flowers to help us celebrate the Peony Festival! We will be having a people’s choice grand prize for the winner of the decoration contest!
VENDORS MUST PARK IN THE GOEDDE PARKING LOT – 205 W. CRAWFORD ST.
