Booth Rental
-
Spaces are 10'x10' and will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis

Rental fees are $35/per space for a single day and $55/per space for both days
-
Booths requiring connection to electricity will incur a $10 connection fee
-
Spaces with access to electricity are limited and therefor reserved for 2-day vendors
(Single day vendors may request a space with access to electricity, but will be charged the 2-day rate)

Same type merchandise booths will be limited
Set Up
-
Vendors must check in and unload at the park's East ramp on Jefferson St.

Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, and all other materials required for display

Only vendors that pay the $10 electricity fee will be allowed to connect to venue power

Thursday, June 1st, 7-8:30pm - Equipment setup only (tents, tables, displays - no product)

Friday, June 2nd, 7:30-10:45am - Setup (equipment and product)

Saturday, June 3rd, 7:30-9:45am - Setup for 1-day vendors and restocking
Clean Up/Tear Down

Early tear down is prohibited
-
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their assigned space at the conclusion of the show

Friday-Only Vendors must vacate and clean up their space by 11pm Friday night

All remaining vendors must vacate and clean up their space by 10pm Saturday night

Please adorn your booth with peony flowers to help us celebrate the Peony Festival! We will be having a people’s choice grand prize for the winner of the decoration contest!
VENDORS MUST PARK IN THE GOEDDE PARKING LOT – 205 W. CRAWFORD ST.
